Attitude is Everything

Attitude is everything. It really does make a difference to your happiness and peace of mind.

Rule No 1: Wait to Worry

What were you worried about this time last year?

Did you know that only 8% of what we worry about comes true?

Rule No 2: Keep an Attitude of Gratitude

Count your blessings and jot them down.

Rule No 3: Your Health is Your Wealth

If you lose your health, you lose everything.

So, take time to exercise, catch up on your sleep and eat right.

Rule No 4: Joy Boomerangs

Do something for someone else…

…the good you do boomerangs back to you!

Rule No 5: Learn to Say ‘No’

We all have limits to our time, energy and interests.

Rule No 6: Understand the Power of Discipline

If you discipline yourself today…

…you’ll enjoy your life more tomorrow.

Rule No 7: Surround Yourself with Positive People

Find people who will challenge you…

…believe in you, and…

…inspire you to improve.

Attitude is Everything

Attitudes can – quite literally – transform your life for better or worse.

If you have a negative outlook, finding fault with everyone and everything around you, you’ll feel unhappy much of the time. You won’t attract good things into your life. And you run the risk of not achieving your hopes and dreams.

But if you have a positive outlook, the world is your oyster. So, look for the good rather than the bad. Focus on the solution, not the problem. And look for the silver lining.

Be grateful for what you have, because the more grateful you are, the more you’ll attract all you desire into your life. And the more you’ll feel at peace inside.
