Secondly, whenever you’re faced with a difficulty, focus on the solution rather than the problem. Think about what can be done right now rather than re-hashing the problem. The minute you start thinking in terms of finding a solution, you become a more positive and constructive person.
Next, look for the good in every problem or setback. Dr Norman Vincent Peale once said: Whenever God wants to give you a gift, he wraps it up in a problem.
